Shipping policy

Everything at Abi Through The Ears is handmade in our home studio in Stoke on Trent which means orders can take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched especially if your order contains a made to order item. 

Every order is sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 and you should receive a tracking number once dispatched. If you do not receive this then please get into contact using the contact form or email abithroughtheears1997@outlook.com where I can hopefully resolve any issues. You will also receive an email notification to say when your order has left our studio. 

Postage Costs: 

• Orders up to £24.99 are £3.00 postage for standard and £4.50 for express postage (tracked 24) which doesn’t include the turn around time for the making of your order.
  
• Orders £25 or more receive FREE SHIPPING for standard or can upgrade to express (tracked 24) for £2.50.
